You can also log in at any time and browse room/roommate details.


2. Why should I become a Premium Member?

As a Premium Member you can view member profile details including member’s photos and their contact details.

Premium Member can check email messages received from other members and can also send email to other members.

3. How does it work?

It’s simple. Click the Get started button. Fill out a profile, and list what you have or what you need. It’s FREE!! 

You can Log into the member area at any time. You can browse all matches. You can upgrade your account to get all the benefits that Nextroommate.com  offer.


4. Do you keep my personal information private?

We will never disclose, sell or rent your personal information to third parties.


5. How do I change my profile?

Once you’ve logged in to your account using username and password, click on “My Account” link on the left hand navigation, then you can click on “Edit” listed next to each category.


6. How long will my profile remain online/active?

Your profile will remain online as long you wish but we strongly recommend that if you’ve found a room/roommate and are no longer in need of our service, deactivate your account. 


7. I forgot my username/password, can you help me?

Click on Forgotten your Password and we will send you user name and password via email.
